Fully Functional Ordering Flow
BetterKFC is a learning project: a clone of the KFC Pakistan website, built to practice a full ordering flow. It is not affiliated with KFC. It features a fully dynamic menu, intuitive cart functionality, and a real-time order tracking system. It includes multiple food categories, item variants, and quantity management, all with a clean, responsive UI built using Next.js 15, Tailwind CSS, and ShadCN UI.
Admin Dashboard and Role-Based Control
A dedicated admin panel allows staff to update orders, monitor delivery states, and manage product listings. The app implements custom role-based authentication using MongoDB and Next.js API routes, offering a secure and seamless experience for both users and administrators.
