A multi-clinic healthcare platform. I work across patient-facing and internal systems that clinics use every day.
- Own the patient portal, taken over after it shipped — OTP login, notification preferences, in-portal clinic replies, and a one-account contact backfill so email and SMS both resolve correctly
- Own clinic microsites — rebuilt the public About page as plain text and kept public routes live even after removing them from staff navigation
- Shipped the clinic analytics dashboard and the reputation dashboard, including org-timezone-aware reporting
- Built Google Business Profile review sync and reply workflows, including private internal replies and rate-limited AI-drafted responses
- Work on Super Admin — a cross-org dashboard, per-clinic feature toggles, team member removal, and export-then-delete offboarding
- Maintain the existing intake, consent, and staff modules — packet generation, numeric vitals, a token-only UI, and an in-progress intake/PDF overhaul
